Some games in this space are novel. Corruption is closer to bedrock. Mr.C’s sandbox is one of the titles that established what the phrase “corruption game” even means on this side of the genre — a protagonist, a household, a set of women with numbers attached to them, and a slow grind from the top of the scale to the bottom. Everything that came after borrowed from this template, which makes going back to the source a strange experience. It is both extremely familiar and noticeably older than everything imitating it.

A note on scoring before anything else: the f95zone thread for this build carries no community rating, no vote count and no user reviews, so the score above is not a converted community average. It is a judgement drawn from the game data itself — scope, tag coverage, platform support and structural design — and should be read as provisional rather than as a verdict the playerbase has signed off on.

The structure is pure sandbox. You move through a day cycle, visit locations, and repeat interactions until a stat crosses a threshold and unlocks the next tier of scene. Mind control is the framing device that licenses the escalation, which is a smarter design choice than it first appears — it gives the game permission to move a character from resistant to willing without needing to write the persuasion, and it sidesteps the pacing problem that sinks a lot of corruption titles.

The tag list is where Corruption’s ambition shows. Twenty-seven entries covering corruption, mind control, exhibitionism, voyeurism, swinging, group sex, pregnancy, religion and slave content — and, importantly, these are not decorative. The game routes real content through most of them. Religion in particular is used as more than set dressing, which is rare.

The cost is the one every sandbox of this era pays. Progression is repetition. You will cycle days, re-check locations, and repeat the same interaction to nudge a number, and there is no modern quality-of-life layer smoothing that over. If you came from a recent, tightly-authored VN, the friction will read as tedium rather than pacing.

The presentation is 3DCG of its generation — clean, consistent, unremarkable by 2026 standards but never ugly. Platform support is the quiet standout: Windows, Linux, Mac and Android all covered, English throughout, with the mobile build treated as a real target rather than an afterthought.

Who should play it? Anyone curious about where the modern corruption sandbox came from, and anyone who genuinely enjoys the stat-grind loop rather than tolerating it. If you need modern pacing and authored structure, start elsewhere and come back to this one as history.

Pros

  • +One of the genre's foundational corruption sandboxes — the mind-control-into-harem loop that a decade of imitators borrowed from
  • +Unusually complete platform coverage for a sandbox of this vintage: Windows, Linux, Mac and a genuinely playable Android build
  • +A tag list that commits rather than decorates — corruption, mind control, exhibitionism, swinging, pregnancy and religion all get actual scenes

Cons

  • Classic sandbox friction: day-cycling, location-checking and stat thresholds gate a lot of the content behind repetition
  • Thread metadata is thin — no posted version number, engine listing or community score, which makes judging the current build's state harder than it should be
