Risky Business Launches August 20
Risky Business, an adult clicker from developer Nouliz Studios and Cyprus-based publisher Satyr Games, launches August 20, 2026 on Steam for Windows, macOS, and Linux. A free demo is already available.
If you mostly play story-driven visual novels, this one sits at the opposite end of the shelf — and that’s the point. Where a VN asks for an evening, Risky Business is built around sessions of ten minutes or less. The game is divided into three themed seasons of three self-contained episodes each, nine scenarios in total, and each one drops you into a different provocative situation you can finish in a single sitting.
Push your luck, not your patience
The mechanic holding it together is a push-your-luck system. Every scenario asks you to manage noise, timing, and control while an encounter escalates — quickies with a short fuse, close calls in dressing rooms, workplaces, and other places where the risk of getting caught is the whole appeal. Push further and the scenes get hotter and the rewards better; get reckless and the scene ends early.
That’s a genuinely different loop from the usual clicker, where the only real failure state is boredom. Here the tension comes from knowing when to stop, which gives an otherwise simple tap-and-watch structure a decision to make.

Around that core sit the expected support systems: minigames that break up the tapping and feed progression bonuses, and hidden routes and secret scenes that only turn up when you replay an episode and take different risks. Every tap is meant to produce an immediate reaction — a new movement, a changed expression, a visual effect — which is where most of the production budget appears to have gone.
“With Risky Business, we wanted to create an adult game that feels immediately satisfying while still giving players plenty to discover,” said Panos Apostolou, the game’s Creative Director. “Every interaction, animation, and reward is designed to keep the experience energetic, playful, and constantly moving forward.”

Worth a look if you want something between sessions
Satyr Games develops first-party titles and publishes third-party ones, supporting partner studios on production, Steam strategy, marketing, and localisation. Risky Business is one of the more mainstream-facing releases on that roster, and the episodic structure makes it an easy thing to keep installed alongside a longer game — a palate cleanser rather than a main course.
The demo is on Steam now if you want to test the loop before the full release lands on August 20. It’s an adults-only title, so a Steam account with mature content filters disabled is required to see the store page.
