Ludus Master v2.0 Released
Ludus Master, Mike Velesk’s long-running gladiator training sim, has jumped to version 2.0 — a version-number milestone that signals the developer considers the core management loop feature-complete after years of incremental builds.
The game casts players as the owner of a ludus, the training school that shaped Rome’s gladiators, tasking them with recruiting, training, and managing a roster of fighters while navigating the corruption, cheating, and power dynamics that come with running an ancient combat academy. The 2.0 build carries forward the title’s signature mix of management-sim depth and adult content, including scenes tagged with BDSM, group sex, milf, pregnancy, and slave dynamics alongside combat encounters rendered with an internal-view camera system.
Localization has been a consistent focus for the project, and 2.0 ships with auto-translated support across German, Spanish, French, Russian, Polish, and Czech on top of the native English text — a wider language spread than most titles in the genre attempt.
The release is Windows-only for now, continuing the developer’s platform-focused approach rather than spreading resources across mobile or Mac builds. For players who have followed Ludus Master through its earlier version numbers, 2.0 represents the clearest signal yet that Velesk considers the training, breeding, and arena systems mature enough to call a major release rather than another incremental patch.
