The headline change is technical rather than narrative: the developer lists “Graphic improvement” as the update’s core work, paired with a compression pass that cuts the download by 80% while keeping image quality intact.
That size reduction matters more than it sounds for this particular game. Life in Alphaville ships on Windows, Linux, Mac and Android, and sandbox 3DCG titles with heavy animation are notoriously painful to move onto mobile.
