Life in Alphaville v0.8.0 Released

GameleaksStudio has shipped version 0.8.0 of Life in Alphaville, its animated 3DCG sandbox that has been running since 2022. The update is out today for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.

The headline change is a comprehensive graphic improvement pass applied across the game. The studio describes it as a full visual refresh — returning players will notice noticeably sharper rendering and improved scene presentation throughout. Paired with that is a major technical win: the build has been cut in size by approximately 80%, a substantial reduction that makes the Android port in particular far more practical to download and keep updated.

For a sandbox of this scope — covering a full city environment with a male protagonist navigating relationships ranging from romantic to dominance-focused — keeping the download footprint lean matters. The compression work appears to have been a deliberate priority for this version milestone.

Life in Alphaville sits at the busier end of the content spectrum, with an extensive tag list covering exhibitionism, voyeurism, group scenes, and both dominant and submissive routes. At v0.8.0 the game is approaching its final act, and the visual overhaul suggests the team is polishing as much as expanding ahead of a final release.
