CoC II v0.8.30 Released
Savin and Salamander Studios have pushed out Corruption of Champions II v0.8.30, keeping the release cadence of one of adult gaming’s most consistently updated projects. The text-based RPG sequel to Fenoxo’s original CoC continues its long march toward completion with another content-laden patch.
Among the notable housekeeping changes in this build, the game’s arousal overflow mechanic has been renamed Pent Up to eliminate confusion with existing status effects — a quality-of-life tweak that players in silly mode will see labeled “Submissive and Breedable” instead. The update also notes changed perspectives in certain scenes, suggesting revised or extended writing for existing encounters.
CoC II drops players into the Frost Marches as a customisable champion — human, orc, lupine, and a sprawling roster of other species — navigating a turn-based RPG world thick with companion quests, corruption mechanics, and explicit encounters that span the full spectrum of tags the game has accumulated over years of development. With over fifty tags on its listing, it earns its reputation as one of the most content-diverse adult games in active development.
Version 0.8.30 continues the steady approach toward v1.0, with the team regularly shipping new companion content, area expansions, and scene revisions each fortnight. Full spoiler-tagged patch notes are available in the official release thread.
