SneakyShadyLurker has rolled out Collector v0.1.0 Alpha 4, the fourth iteration of an ambitious dystopian management sim that has been building out its systems in rapid succession rather than dripping out story chapters.

Collector puts you in charge of acquiring, housing and breaking down a roster of captives in a collapsing society, blending three genres that rarely share a codebase: text-based progression, RPG stat management, and a full trainer loop. Character creation sits at the front of the run, and the sandbox economy — prostitution, drug supply, pregnancy and lactation mechanics — feeds back into how far you can push each subject.

The Alpha 4 patch notes are posted behind a spoiler tag on the release thread, so the granular change list has not been made public in the release summary. What is confirmed: the build ships for Windows, Linux and Mac in English, and the developer maintains a public wiki on GitGud that documents mechanics as they land — a genuinely useful reference for a game this systems-heavy at alpha stage.

Content-wise, this is at the darker end of the spectrum. The tag list runs through mind control, humiliation, slavery, corruption and non-consent alongside the management layer, so it is squarely aimed at players who want the trainer formula without softened edges.

At Alpha 4 the game is still early, but the cadence suggests SneakyShadyLurker is iterating fast. Saves from earlier alphas may not carry forward cleanly at this stage — a fresh run is the safer bet.
