Developer Novel has released version 0.69c of Boundaries of Morality, the long-running 3DCG sandbox that tracks multiple protagonists through a morally tangled story. The update landed on March 23 and is available across Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android.
The developer was unusually candid in the patch notes about what made it into the build and what didn’t: “Originally, I planned to bring the story up to Sunday morning, but due to technical reasons, some scenes had to be pushed to the next patch. The beach, gym, and dance studio were also temporarily left out, although they were supposed to appear in this update.” It’s a frank acknowledgement of scope adjustments mid-development — and a signal that the next patch has a defined content roadmap already queued up.
